I’m Liza Puglia aka NOLAchef, a private chef working and eating in Buenos Aires. I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana a city booming in food culture serving up unique Creole and Cajun cuisines. In 2005 I decided to leave NOLA (New Orleans, Louisiana) and head to NYC for five years where I attended The French Culinary Institute and worked in the NY Mexican restaurant scene. After graduation I continued my studies at The Natural Gourmet Institute when I took an interest in Chinese theories and balanced eating, something I experimented with while living as a vegetarian in Southern California. Although I’m an advocate of you are what you eat and cooking with the highest quality of natural ingredients I also encourage indulging in rich culinary adventures from time to time.
